ATTIC SALT FEST AT HOME LIVE STREAM RELEASE SHOW

Attic Salt’s Get Wise is officially here and they’ve teamed up with Tony and the fine folks from @thefestfl to party down and celebrate with some friends this coming Thursday, October 1st. You can check out the live stream on The Fest FB Page or over at Socialdistance.party to join in on all the fun. Attic Salt starts streaming at 8:35PM Eastern Time!

ATTIC SALT ‘MUD’ VIDEO PREMIERE ON BROOKYLN VEGAN

The fine folks over at Brooklyn Vegan are premiering the first video from Attic Salt’s upcoming LP release Get Wise. Head on over and check out the DIY effort from the band live and direct from Frederick’s backyard and basement!

Talking about the track, the band added, “Mud is actually the last song that came together right before we went into the studio to record. With the video we wanted it to be relaxed, and being our first video, we were unsure if we should do it ourselves or not but ultimately decided, let’s do it! The entire video was handled by us as well. Really no theme to it. Shot at our practice space, we just wanted to have fun.”

If we could use any word to describe Get Wise, fun is most certainly at the top of a list that includes infectious, catchy, and downright lovable.

Get Wise will be available on vinyl CD, and digitally through you favorite online and streaming services on September 25th, including a limited pressing on Translucent Blue/White spatter vinyl.

We’re super excited to announce that the sophomore effort from Attic Salt, Get Wise, is slated for a September 25th release on Jump Start! This four-piece outfit bring you 10 new tracks of super catchy Midwest power-pop-punk that follows up their debut self-titled release with even more hook filled goodness.

Get Wise will be available on limited edition Translucent Blue/White splatter and Black vinyl, CD, and digitally through your favorite streaming or online service.

OFF WITH THEIR HEADS LIVE LP RELEASE

Like we’ve said before, if you’re not following us on Facebook or Instagram or on our mailing lists you miss announcements like the one for the 12″ vinyl LP release of Live Dec 9th 2017 from Off With Their Heads that we posted two weeks ago. Well, if you missed it, sorry but you’re out of luck. The entire pressing of 500 sold out in less than 13 hours.

2020: THE YEAR OF THE RAT

Well, 2020 hasn’t really gone as planned, to say the least. We had hoped to get back to being a lot more productive around these parts, but between our own personal health issues, Covid, and then the chaotic (and much needed) street protests in support of Black Lives Matter, 2020 hasn’t gone necessarily to (our) plan. But that’s okay, we’ll all be better off because of it.

In the meantime, if you haven’t been following us on Instagram or Facebook, we highly suggest you do that. So, we’ve been long overdue for any sort of update or announcements, and there’s good reason for that. We’ll get you caught up to speed on that soon enough. In the meantime, let’s get things back into gear with a new release, shall we?

Jump Start is stoked to announce the latest and much overdue (as well) full-length effort from our favorite Chicago sons, All Eyes West. Light Lightning is the band’s first full-length effort since 2015’s Doomer, and we’re stoked to be releasing it on LP, CD, and of course, digitally.
